Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to manage planning and Earned Value Management for engineering projects. The role focuses on complex, long-term programs in manufacturing and heavy industry and requires on-site work in North Vancouver.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining integrated master schedules in Primavera P6, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting EVMS reporting and schedule analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business or related field.
• 2+ years in project planning and scheduling.
• Accredited certification in Planning, Production Control or Project Management is a strong asset.

Stellar Recruitment is looking for a Planner/Scheduler who will be responsible for the planning and Earned Value Management for our clients engineering projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in project planning and scheduling within manufacturing and heavy industry environments who is looking to work on complex, long-term programs. • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6
• Support Engineering, Procurement, Build, and Test activities
• Maintain resource-loaded schedules and schedule integrity
• Support EVMS reporting, forecasting, and schedule analysis
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple programs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business or related
• 2+ years in project planning and scheduling
• Accredited certification in Planning, Production Control or Project Management would be a strong asset.
• Experience using an ERP system - SAP is a strong asset.
• Must be able to obtain Reliability and Controlled Goods Government Clearance

Hourly rate: $35-45/hour
