This job involves coordinating demand planning and material needs with procurement partners, managing stock levels, analyzing risks, and collaborating with various teams to optimize logistics strategies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining stock management plans for the PGVI project.
2. Monitoring stock status and adjusting procurement schedules accordingly.
3. Identifying potential stock risks and proposing mitigation solutions.
4. Collaborating with business analysts and operational teams for smooth material management.
5. Preparing forecasts and communicating projections to suppliers.
6. Enhancing mechanisms for coordination among partners to optimize planning and logistics strategies.
7. Applying analytical models to forecast future demand and sharing insights with suppliers.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, especially in stock management, procurement planning, and inventory optimization.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Qlik or similar.
• Excellent Excel skills.
