The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Short Term Operations Planner to join our Integrated Planning team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

You will be part of the Integrated Planning Team (Short Term Planning & Master Data) responsible for maintaining the planning of the pre-assembly and assembly lines of the A220 program.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Keep track of the milestones and cycle times of the aircrafts on the assembly line;

Establish and update different operations-related key performance indicators;

Maintain a realistic planning of the production line and engage the departments involved with the master schedule;

Propose different scenarios to target and constrain the potential risks on the production line;

Elaborate recovery plans based on the estimated deviations from the planning;

Organize and manage multidisciplinary meetings to set up these recovery plans;

Plan aircraft movements based on the multiple constraints and elaborate line moves schedules;

Be involved in the decisions related to the introduction of engineering tests in production;

Introduce milestones to the planning for the incorporation of major modifications;

Integrate required factory maintenance work in the schedule and minimize its impacts on production activities;

Manage improvement projects related to our planning tasks.

You have minimum of five (5) years of experience in planning and/or have completed your studies in an operations management program;

You have good organizational skills and you master planning and management basics;

You have advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite;

You have interpersonal skills;

You like problem solving without unique solutions;

You have a sense of initiative;

You have an analytical mind;

You like to take on challenges;

You are familiar with factory work and processes;

You are fluent in French spoken and written.

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Planificateur des opérations Court Terme pour rejoindre notre équipe Planification Intégrée (Planning Court Terme & Données Maîtresses) basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Planification Intégrée chargée de maintenir le planning deslignes de pré-assemblage et assemblage du programme A220.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Vos défis :

  • Garder une trace des jalons et des temps de cycle des avions sur la chaîne de montage ;

  • Établir et mettre à jour différents indicateurs clés de performances liés aux opérations ;

  • Maintenir une planification réaliste de la chaîne de production et engager les départements impliqués dans le schéma directeur ;

  • Proposer différents scénarios pour cibler et contraindre les risques potentiels sur la chaîne de montage ;

  • Élaborer des plans de redressement en fonction des écarts estimés par rapport à la planification ;

  • Organiser et animer des réunions multidisciplinaires pour mettre en place les plans de relance ;

  • Planifier les mouvements d’avion en tenant compte des multiples contraintes et élaborer des horaires de mouvement de ligne ;

  • Être impliqué dans les décisions liées à l’introduction des tests d’ingénierie en production ;

  • Introduire des jalons dans la planification pour l’incorporation de modifications majeures ;

  • Intégrer les travaux de maintenance requis en usine dans le calendrier et minimiser ses impacts sur les activités de la production ;

  • Gérer des projets d'amélioration en lien avec nos tâches de planification ;

  • Préparer et diriger la revue mensuelle MPS (Master Production Schedule).

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience en planification et/ou avez terminé vos études dans un programme de gestion des opérations ;

  • Vous avez un bon sens de l’organisation et vous maîtrisez les bases de la planification et de la gestion ;

  • Vous avez des connaissances avancées de MS Office et Google Suite ;

  • Vous avez des qualités relationnelles ;

  • Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes sans solution unique ;

  • Vous avez le sens de l’initiative ;

  • Vous avez un esprit analytique ;
