Victoria's Secret in Saskatoon is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience on the sales floor, translating brand direction into daily priorities and coaching the team to deliver exceptional service.

In higher volume stores, the PINK Manager provides direction to Brand Supervisors, drives visual standards, and partners with the Store Manager to grow top-line sales. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into daily actions and priorities on the sales floor.
• Tell brand stories and model selling behaviors to protect the customer experience.
• Use company tools to generate category insights and performance reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards.
• Lead talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions and performance with the Store Manager.
• Manage direct reports: PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Lead performance and direction in high-volume stores.
• Lead and model company values.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences via coaching, zoning, team selling and personal selling.
• Coach and develop associates.
• Manage labor hours via daily workforce actions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership for seamless execution.
• Lead behaviors linked to leadership competencies.
• Demonstrate and enforce company policies.
• Additional duties: floorset mapping, product launches, brand education, shipment processing.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co PINK Manager a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the PINK Manager owns:

• Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience
• Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
• Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.
