City of Belleville is seeking a Specialized Instructor, Certified (Pilates) to join the Community Services Department - Recreation Division in Belleville, ON. This temporary part-time role requires instructing pilates programs, maintaining certifications, and delivering safe, engaging classes within the City’s facilities.

Applicants must hold a Pilates certification, standard first aid with CPR-C or equivalent, and a clear Vulnerable Sector Check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, at minimum.
• Standard First Aid with CPR-C or Intermediate First Aid with CPR-C and AED.
• Pilates certification from a recognized agency.
• Satisfactory Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Represent the City of Belleville in a professional manner with department policies.
• Ensure safety and supervision of participants per rules and regulations.
• Provide instruction and leadership for your designated Pilates program.
• Perform ongoing evaluations and report to the Recreation Coordinator.
• Complete attendance and required paperwork per Department Procedures.
• Attend training and staff meetings and maintain current certifications.
