Life Time in Mississauga is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members and deliver structured Pilates programs. You will design client-friendly plans, supervise sessions on reformer and equipment, and lead private or group classes while promoting Life Time training services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer with Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels training.
• CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement.
• Instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on equipment use.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes and promotes training programs.
