  • Coordinate delivery of educational materials, marketing collateral, and appreciation items.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and develop new referral partnerships.
  • Track outreach activity and referral trends and provide basic reporting to leadership.

  • Coordinate content days, including staff photography, video, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with website content updates and online reputation management.
  • Coordinate printed marketing materials and resources for referring clinics and community partners.
  • Follow up with patient responses that are left on Google Review and other patient review platforms
  • Help maintain a consistent and professional FVCL brand across marketing channels.

Advanced graphic design, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and website development are not the primary focus of this role and may be supported internally or by external partners.

Events & Engagement
  • Take ownership of physician dinners, educational evenings, appreciation events, and other community initiatives.
  • Create invitations, manage communications and RSVPs, book venues, and coordinate event logistics.
  • Attend events and represent FVCL as a welcoming and professional host.
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up and track engagement.
Reporting & Collaboration
  • Track basic marketing, outreach, and referral KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate physician and referral contact information.
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries for leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, administrative, and marketing team members.
