Job summary

Vision Group's aGimbel Eye Centre in Calgary, AB seeks a Clinic Manager (Center Director) to lead operations and patient care. The role requires business acumen, strong leadership, and hands-on management of budgets, staff, and quality controls.

You will travel to other Canadian clinics for training (expenses covered) and report to senior leadership. The position is permanent full-time with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

• You have a background in business development, project management, and sales.
• Your university education in management or business administration (or a related field) is considered an asset.
• You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
• You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Required: You can travel for training to other clinics within Canada (expenses covered by Vision Group).
• Schedule: You have flexible availability to work from Monday to Friday.
