GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, this position is responsible for the execution of physician recruitment activities. In collaboration with the Physician Recruitment and Retention Consultant, the position will assist in the development and deployment of programs, policies and processes to improve physician recruitment, retention and medical administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in Administration (Health Administration preferred) or Human Resource Management plus a minimum of one year experience in human resource management or physician administration. A combination of education, training and experience may also be considered.
- Broad understanding of the Saskatchewan healthcare system, oncology and/or other specialist care in Saskatchewan and elsewhere.
- Knowledge of administrative principles and processes including policy development, data collection and analysis.
