Physician Assistant - Department of Surgery - Thoracic Surgery
Reporting to the Clinical Leader / Manager and under the supervision of a registered Physician, the Physician Assistant (PA) provides medical care based on established medical Directives, including assessment, treatment, and disposition functions.
The PA will be based at the Victoria Hospital in the Division of Thoracic Surgery, which specializes in Minimally Invasive Surgery, Cancer Surgery, and Esophageal Surgery. The role involves inpatient care, outpatient assessments, follow-ups, and assisting in surgeries. This position offers opportunities for leadership, teaching, and involvement in research projects.
