MAKO is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to collect specimens, verify orders, and manage data entry and billing support. The role requires handling specimens safely and accurately in a fast-paced setting, with travel to territory meetings as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with medical training preferred and phlebotomy certification desirable. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Mansioni

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, blood samples, pathology and cytology samples).
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems or directory of services.
• Enter patient registration and test orders; ensure accurate data entry.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required, safeguarding assets and payment data.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing as required by test order.
• Use iLabs for assigned accounts daily to ensure accurate data for billing.
