Job summary

Interior Health's Kelowna General Hospital Pharmacy Team in Kelowna, BC, is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician who is reliable, flexible and motivated. The role covers prescription preparation and processing under College of Pharmacists of BC standards.

This Permanent Full Time (1.0 FTE) position offers rotating day, evening, and night shifts, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for education and career growth within a supportive health-care system.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 required.
• Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program.
• Current practicing registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescription preparation and processing to high standards.
• Contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced hospital environment with rotating day, evening, and night shifts.

As a registered Pharmacy Technician, your role extends beyond traditional boundaries. You'll spearhead a range of technical functions in prescription preparation and processing, guided by the high standards set by the College of Pharmacists of B.C. and aligned with our organizational protocols.

Qualifications

Grade 12;
