Job summary

Interior Health is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to support prescription preparation and processing across multiple settings in the Interior Health region. The positions include permanent, relief and casual roles to meet service needs.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program and hold current registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Recruitment incentives up to $20,000 and relocation options may apply.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed.
• Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience; and
• Current practicing registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.

Responsibilities

• As a registered Pharmacy Technician, your role extends beyond traditional boundaries and includes prescription preparation and processing under professional standards.
• Contribute to patient care and ensure accurate dispensing in various Interior Health settings.

Calling all Pharmacy Technicians! This posting encompasses all Pharmacy Technician positions within Interior Health. Interior Health Pharmacy is a regional program serving patients, residents and clients across the southern interior of the province.We have a variety of permanent, relief and casual Pharmacy Technician positions available.

About the Job As a registered Pharmacy Technician, your role extends beyond traditional boundaries. You'll spearhead a range of technical functions in prescription preparation and processing, guided by the high standards set by the College of Pharmacists of B.C. and aligned with our organizational protocols.
