Job summary

Interior Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Technician to join our East Kootenay Regional Hospital Pharmacy Team in Cranbrook, BC. If Pharmacy is your passion and you are reliable, flexible and motivated, this role offers a permanent part-time opportunity with rotating day shifts.

As a registered Pharmacy Technician, you will spearhead technical functions in prescription preparation and processing, guided by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia and IH protocols.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program
• Current practicing registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process prescribed medications.
• Adhere to College of Pharmacists BC standards and IH protocols.

About the Job

As a registered Pharmacy Technician, your role extends beyond traditional boundaries. You'll spearhead a range of technical functions in prescription preparation and processing, guided by the high standards set by the College of Pharmacists of B.C. and aligned with our organizational protocols.

This is a Permanent Part Time (0.49) opportunity, working rotating day shifts.
