Responsibilities

• Counsel on prescriptions and OTC products; provide patient guidance.
• Ensure privacy, consent management, and regulatory compliance.
• Dispense medications accurately; ensure appropriate prescriptions.
• Communicate with other health care professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain records per legislation, standards and policy.
• Oversee workflow queues and inventory in the dispensary.
• Review stock, expiry dates, and orders from wholesalers.
• Ensure documentation and reporting for Controlled Substances.
• Maintain professional and welcoming pharmacy environments.
