Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with OCP regulations and company policies.
  2. Perform professional activities including dispensing and patient counseling.
  3. Manage pharmacy operations, staff scheduling, and inventory.
  4. Lead and motivate pharmacy staff, resolve staff issues.
  5. Maintain high standards of customer service and store conditions.
Qualifications
  1. B.Sc. Phm. Degree and registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
  2. Injection and Smoking Cessation certified.
  3. Proficient in pharmacy software and MS Office.
  4. Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills.
