We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our location in Pitt Meadows, BC.

You will be responsible for:

1. Day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
2. Clinical responsibilities such as drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, and counseling on prescriptions and non-prescription medications.
3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community partners.
4. Inventory management.
5. Scheduling, training, and managing team members.
6. Identifying and addressing business strengths and patient needs.
7. Developing and implementing business growth strategies and plans.
8. Ensuring adherence to policies and best practice protocols related to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
9. Practicing at full scope of licensure.

You Have:

• A valid Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists.
• Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).
• Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).
• Injection Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience.

Compensation Details:

$53.50 - $56.50 per hour
