This role is to cover an 18 Month Maternity Leave.

Your Responsibilities, But Not Limited To -

• Ensure full compliance with College of Pharmacists of BC (CPBC) and SRX Health policies.
• Fulfill all responsibilities as Designated Manager under CPBC.
• Manage specialty medication services, including biologics, injectables, and OAT programs.
• Provide comprehensive patient care: dispensing, counseling, medication reviews, immunizations, and more.
• Hire, schedule, train, and lead pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
• Optimize inventory and minimize shrink.
• Achieve operational targets: service quality, compliance, sales, and margins.
• Foster collaboration with healthcare professionals and community partners.
  
  
  

Job Specifications & Qualifications

• Min 2 Years experience as licensed Pharmacist, in good standing with CPBC
• Strong leadership skills to manage a growing team
• Assets but not required: previous pharmacy management experience and/or specialty drug like Biologics, Hepatitis drugs, OAT experience.
