Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Pharmasave Wortley Village in London, Ontario. The role leads a pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and ensures compliance, inventory and clinical services.

The successful candidate will coordinate with healthcare professionals, drive process improvements, manage staff, and support recruitment and policy updates while contributing to a positive work environment and service expansion.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
