We are expanding operations across Canada and seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and scalable growth while maintaining patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Minimum 5-8 years of pharmacy management or leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage growth, scale operations, and lead teams through change.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, compliance, and clinical services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Keen interest in digital health, innovation, and business growth strategies.

• Lead day-to-day operations while actively identifying opportunities to scale workflows, optimize efficiencies, and expand capacity to meet growing demand.
• Support Pillway’s growth strategy by implementing processes and sharing best practices with our other sites across Canada, allowing seamless scaling of pharmacy services across provinces.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute pharmacy initiatives that contribute directly to business growth and patient reach.
• Ensure full compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy regulations, including audits, recordkeeping, and narcotics management.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing pharmacy team capable of supporting increasing patient volumes and expanding services.
• Champion the delivery of exceptional patient care, ensuring services scale while maintaining personalization and quality.
• Partner with leadership to plan workforce needs aligned with growth targets.
• Act as a key voice in shaping how pharmacy operations support Pillway’s expansion

Position Summary

We are looking for a high-caliber Pharmacy Manager to lead, scale, and optimize operations at Pillway. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a strategic leader who combines clinical excellence and regulatory precision with a drive for aggressive growth. You will spearhead operational scaling, expand clinical services, and align performance to position Pillway as Canada’s leading digital pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Growth Leadership

Lead day-to-day operations while actively identifying opportunities to scale workflows, optimize efficiencies, and expand capacity to meet growing demand

Support Pillway’s growth strategy by implementing processes and sharing best practices with our other sites across Canada, allowing seamless scaling of pharmacy services across provinces.

Collaborate with leadership to design and execute pharmacy initiatives that contribute directly to business growth and patient reach.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure full compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy regulations, including audits, recordkeeping, and narcotics management.

Implement best practices that allow growth, without compromising compliance or patient safety.

Ensure quality assurance of the pharmacy and our processes.

Team Development & Expansion

Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing pharmacy team (Pharmacists, Pharmacy technicians and Pharmacy Assistants) capable of supporting increasing patient volumes and expanding services.

Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and patient focused care.

Partner with leadership to plan workforce needs aligned with growth targets.

Patient Experience & Service Expansion

Champion the delivery of exceptional patient care, ensuring services scale while maintaining personalization and quality.

Drive adoption of technology and digital pharmacy tools to improve patient engagement and adherence

Expand clinical services and patient support offerings in line with Pillway’s mission and growth objectives.

Strategic Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams to align pharmacy operations with broader organizational goals.

Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and execution of new service lines, partnerships, or initiatives.

Act as a key voice in shaping how pharmacy operations support Pillway’s expansion

Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
