You will greet patients, confirm details, enter data, handle third‑party adjudication, dispense medications, and maintain stock while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires strong organization, communication and data-entry skills, with flexible hours including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Proficient computer/data entry skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours which may include days, evenings, night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify prescription accuracy before filling.
• Enter patient care information into system.
• Process third-party adjudication when necessary.
• Dispense medications accurately.
• Maintain pharmacy stock with inventory controls.
• Handle OTC inquiries and refer to Pharmacist when needed.
• Manage customer prescription pick-up.
