Neighbourly Pharmacy in Melfort, Saskatchewan, is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists and technicians in delivering high-quality patient care.

You will greet customers, assist with prescription entry and labeling, handle inventory, and perform clerical tasks while maintaining a clean, compliant pharmacy area. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years as a Pharmacy Assistant in a retail setting preferred.
• Highly skilled in Kroll with accurate prescription data entry.
• Solid understanding of Pharmacare/insurance billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists and technicians in patient care.
• Greet customers and answer calls professionally.
• Enter, label, and package prescriptions under supervision.
• Count, measure, and package medications per protocol.
• Receive, stock, and audit inventory; rotate stock.
