Job summary

Endor Health Inc. in Oakville, ON is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant for a full-time, in-person role. You will process prescriptions, manage inventory, assist customers with the Endor Health app, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

This position emphasizes accuracy, clear communication, and the ability to use multiple software platforms. Prior pharmacy assistant experience and familiarity with Kroll are advantageous as the company scales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prescription Processing: Receive and process prescription orders, measure and count medications, prepare labels, and enter patient information into the system.
• Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, receive and check new inventory, and remove expired or recalled medications.
• Customer Service: Provide A+ level customer service via in-app chat and phone, helping onboarding and app usage.
• Logistics: Help prepare orders for shipment and oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to pharmacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Pharmacy Full Time Oakville, ON $20 - $25 CAD per hour

What You'll Do:

• Prescription Processing: Receive and process prescription orders, measure and count medications, prepare labels, and enter patient information into the system.
• Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, receive and check new inventory, and remove expired or recalled medications.
• Customer Service: Provide A+ level customer service via in-app chat and phone, helping them to onboard, use and succeed with the Endor Health app
• Logistics: Help prepare orders for shipment and oversee logistics to ensure customer orders are delivered consistently and on time
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow safety protocols for handling medications.

Key Requirements:

• Must be able to work in-person at our Oakville pharmacy location
• Must have valid authorization to work in Ontario, Canada

Remuneration:

• Starting at $20 per Hour. Competitive pay with potential for higher rates based on your experience and qualifications.
