Job summary

Save-On-Foods is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant for the Westside Village location in Victoria, BC. You will input patient data, process prescriptions, and help manage stock and billing under the supervision of the pharmacist.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or have 2 years dispensary experience.
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Kroll computer experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive written prescriptions and refill requests.
• Input all patient and prescription information into the computer.
• Manage stock: ordering, receiving, returns, expiry checks, balance owing, and inventory corrections.
• Adhere to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate allergy interactions and relevant billing information to the pharmacist.

We are hiring for a Pharmacy Assistant at our Westside Village location in Victoria, BC.

• Performing all tasks related to ordering, receiving, and returning stock, expiry date checks, balance owing and inventory corrections.
• Adhering to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Communicating allergy interaction and relevant billing information to the pharmacist.

You have:

Compensation Details:

$19.00 - $23.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
