Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  1. Support pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventories, and keeping patient and pharmacy records in compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies.
  2. Coordinate with patients for delivery arrangements and prepare shipments.
  3. Fill and enter prescriptions in Kroll.
  4. Package medications.
  5. Manage drug ordering and inventory.
  6. Perform regulated acts appropriately under supervision.
  7. Follow guidance from pharmacists and pharmacy managers.
  8. Handle administrative responsibilities for the store.
  9. Provide exceptional patient-centered care.
  10. Maintain a professional environment for retail and community outreach.
  11. Support a compassionate environment and uphold patient confidentiality.
  12. Build professional relationships with healthcare professionals and respond to their requests.
  13. Contribute to team efforts and support corporate goals.
  14. Adapt roles and responsibilities based on pharmacy needs.
Job Specifications & Qualifications:
  1. Vietnamese language skills are an asset.
  2. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Hands-on experience with Kroll, especially in blister packing and prescription filling.
  5. Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy assistant experience.
  6. Practical experience through an apprenticeship or internship.
  7. Training in pharmaceutical care principles, including patient counseling.
  8. Knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy laws, pharmacists' roles, and pharmacy operations.
