Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy in Saskatoon is seeking a full-time relief pharmacist to support our growing practice in a fast-paced community setting. Join a team recognized for excellence with national awards and growth opportunities.

You will deliver clinical services including medication reviews and immunizations, counsel patients on prescriptions and OTC products, and assist with daily pharmacy operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists.
  • Injection certification is required.
  • Collaborative mindset; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical services including medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
  • Administer vaccines and immunizations.
  • Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
  • Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindications, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
  • Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
