Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Manitoba Relief Pharmacist for a full-time, province-wide role. Travel across Winnipeg, regional hubs, and northern communities provides diverse experiences while supporting pharmacy services.

You will deliver clinical services, immunizations, and medication reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety. This position suits pharmacists who enjoy travel, variety, and teamwork across communities.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Manitoba College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification required.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned
