Job description

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Pharmacist to join our team at St. Walburg Pharmacy in St. Walburg, Saskatchewan.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
  • Administer vaccines and immunizations.
  • Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
  • Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindications, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
  • Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists.
