Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Relief Pharmacist based in London, Ontario. You will support multiple locations within a three-hour radius, accepting travel duties while returning home each night. Mileage, meal reimbursements, and travel accommodations are provided where applicable.

The role emphasizes patient-focused care, with opportunities to become licensed in various provinces and to grow within a nationwide network of pharmacies.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.

In this role, you will support multiple locations within a three‑hour radius of London, Ontario, bringing your expertise where it’s needed most.
