Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Southeast Saskatchewan based Relief Pharmacist to support multiple locations within a three-hour radius of Regina, with travel and accommodation arrangements as needed. Mileage and meal reimbursements are provided where applicable.

You will deliver clinical services, including medication reviews, vaccines, and chronic disease management, while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations.
• Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.
