The Pharmacist role involves monitoring medication use, providing clinical support, participating in rounds, reviewing lab data, ensuring medication safety, educating staff, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Qualifications include registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, a BSc in Pharmacy or PharmD, and preferably hospital experience. Knowledge of electronic medical records and pharmacy systems is an asset.
This position is full-time, with shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, in a 24/7 hospital environment. Compensation ranges from $56.41 to $66.99 per hour, with shift premiums.
