Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. in Port Moody, BC, is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Lead to manage the pharmacy on duty, provide consultations to customers and health care providers, dispense medications, and assist in the maintenance of the dispensary.

You will ensure privacy, comply with federal and provincial regulations, maintain records, and coordinate with health-care teams to deliver optimal patient care in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy and Customer Service: Acknowledge customers, counsel on prescriptions, ensure privacy, and dispense medications with accuracy.
• Workflow And Inventory Management: Manage dispensary access, review queues, stock levels, and regulatory reporting.
• Operations: Ensure clean, professional pharmacy spaces, manage communications, and file incident reports as needed.
