Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing in the province of practice.
- Injection and first aid certifications required.
- Experience with Kroll software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care and counselling for new therapies.
- Ensure Prescription safety and support technicians and assistants.
- Develop care plans and document appropriately.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver health and wellness services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and trends.
- Adhere to corporate policies and safety procedures.
