You’ll work with a team dedicated to clinical services, disease state management, injections, and comprehensive patient education while staying current with regulatory requirements and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
• Injection and First Aid Certification.
• Kroll software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion while ensuring patient-centered care.
• Provide patient counseling and education for new therapies to patients and caregivers.
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
• Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to offer health and wellness services.
