About the role:

Southlake Health is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. What you bring:

• Licensed (Part A) with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Current injection certification preferred
• Membership with the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) (preferred)
• Hospital Pharmacy Residency or equivalent hospital pharmacy practice experience (Preferred)
• Six months current practice experience (preferred)
• Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and verbal
• Analysis/problem assessment

• Commitment to customer service and teamwork
• Demonstrates individual leadership skills
