Job summary

Southlake Health in Newmarket, ON is seeking a Pharmacist to join our patient-centred pharmacy team. You will help ensure safe and effective medication use, collaborate with clinicians, and support a culture of learning and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Licensed with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A).
  • Current injection certification preferred.
  • Membership with CSHP preferred.
  • Hospital Pharmacy Residency or equivalent hospital pharmacy practice experience preferred.
  • Six months current practice experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and verbal.
  • Analysis/problem assessment.
  • Innovative and willing to learn.
  • Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Demonstrates individual leadership skills.

About the role:

Southlake Health is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. What you bring:
  • Licensed (Part A) with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
