Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed (Part A) with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Current injection certification preferred.
• Membership with the CSHP preferred.
• Hospital Pharmacy Residency or equivalent hospital practice experience preferred.
• Six months current practice experience preferred.

What you bring:

• Licensed (Part A) with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Current injection certification preferred
• Membership with the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) (preferred)
• Hospital Pharmacy Residency or equivalent hospital pharmacy practice experience (Preferred)
