University Health Network (UHN) is recruiting a Pharmacist to provide patient-focused care in inpatient clinical units at West Park Healthcare Centre, with cross-coverage to other areas. The role supports drug distribution, reconciliation, and safety while collaborating across healthcare teams.
The position is a temporary full-time role (end date ~ May 16, 2028) at the UHN West Park Campus, 170 Emmett Ave, with shifts including days, weekends, and on-call.

The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing patient-focused care to the inpatient clinical units at West Park Healthcare Centre with cross-coverage to other areas as required. Services include Acute Brain Injury (ABI) Behavioural, Amputee Rehab, Complex Continuing Care (CCC), Geriatric Rehab and Geriatric Low Tolerance Long Duration, Long-Term Ventilation, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory Rehab and Respiratory CCC, Stroke and Neurological Rehab, and Tuberculosis Rehab.
