Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a Technician II to maintain component and bulk product supply for packaging lines, perform set-up and changeovers, and ensure GMP compliance. The role involves operating filling lines, troubleshooting, and coordinating with maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing/packaging, with preference for pharmaceutical experience and familiarity with SAP/MES systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Experience with packaging changeover and set-up is required.
• Able to resolve minor and advanced difficulties such as starting and stopping fillers.

Responsibilities

• Supply filling lines with components and bulk product for packaging.
• Perform mechanical setup, calibration, and adjustment of automated filling systems during product changeovers.
• Changeover and set-up of secondary packaging equipment – cartoner, labeler, case packer.
• Configure process parameters through HMI interfaces for automated filling and packaging systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve mechanical and operational problems.
