Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking a Fill Compounder (Manufacturing Technician) to support 12-hour rotating continental shifts on-site. You will compound raw materials per Master formulas and SOPs, maintain equipment and clean work areas.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year GMP manufacturing experience, strong math, attention to detail, and good communication. The role requires manual dexterity and compliance with GMPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in manufacturing/pharma/GMP preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Not sponsorship eligible.
• Non-Canadian credentials may require evaluation (ACESC/WES).

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and clean work areas.
• Compound raw materials per Master formulas and SOPs.
• Check and dispense raw materials as required.
• Prepare batches and rooms per GMP/SOPs.
• Drain and deaerate fill material batches per SOPs.
• Complete all required documentation.
• Comply with SOPs and GMPs.
• Perform other duties as required.
