Job summary

Pet Valu is seeking a part-time Keyholder in Campbell River, BC. You will assist customers at the checkout, stock shelves, and help with deliveries and store operations. Prior retail or customer service experience is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Proven ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle cashiering and customer sales.
• Prepare merchandise orders, banking and related paperwork.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves (items up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain store cleanliness (sweeping, dusting, etc.).
• Assist unloading deliveries and stocking inventory.
• Open/close the store following procedures.
