Job summary

Pet Valu in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a Keyholder to support store operations and customer service. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Working knowledge of POS system.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable means of transportation to the store.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cashier and customer sales.
• Preparing merchandise orders, banking and other miscellaneous paperwork.
• Placing small items into stock in the sales area of the store.
• Sweeping, dusting and other general store maintenance functions.
• Assist in unloading delivery vehicles and stocking, items up to 50 lbs.
• Open and close the store following company procedures.
• Assign daily goals and tasks when Store Manager/Assistant Manager are not present.
• Other duties as required.
