Job summary

Pet Valu Geraldton, Ontario is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of Pet Experts and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to local pet families. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and oversee daily operations to meet company standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in retail management and a passion for pet care. Weekend/evening availability and reliable transportation are expected; a supportive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer service and retail store management experience.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growth in the pet care industry.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Ability to observe and coach employees on sales techniques.
