Job summary

Healthy Planet in Markham is seeking a Wellness & Nutrition Coach to provide personalized in-store consultations and guidance on vitamins, supplements, and nutrition products aligned with customer goals.

You’ll translate science into practical advice, support shoppers with informed decisions, and stay current on wellness trends through trainings and product education sessions. Evening/weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Education or certification in nutrition, dietetics, holistic health, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a wellness, customer-facing, or retail role.
• Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and nutrition concepts.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify wellness concepts for general audiences.
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
• Capable of multitasking and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized wellness consultations to customers in-store
• Recommend vitamins, supplements, and nutrition products aligned with health goals
• Translate complex health information into accessible guidance
• Support customers in making informed choices without sales pressure
• Attend trainings, wellness briefings, and product education sessions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supplement science and industry trends
