Job summary

Healthy Planet is seeking a Wellness & Nutrition Coach to provide personalized wellness guidance and product recommendations in-store. You will translate nutrition science into practical advice, helping customers make informed health choices.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, ongoing learning, and a commitment to holistic wellness. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with final compensation determined by experience and internal equity.

Qualifications

Education or certification in nutrition, dietetics, holistic health, or a related field (preferred).
2–3 years of experience in a wellness, customer-facing, or retail role.
Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and nutrition concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized wellness consultations to customers in-store.
Recommend vitamins, supplements, and nutrition products aligned with individual health goals.
Translate complex health and nutrition information into accessible guidance.
Support customers in making informed choices without sales pressure, prioritizing well-being.
Assist at checkout to ensure smooth, friendly transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supplement science and wellness trends.
Attend trainings and product education sessions.
