Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Strong passion for health and wellness and product offerings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales techniques aligned with Healthy Planet’s mission.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide expert product recommendations to support wellness goals.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Drive promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with merchandising.
• Process purchases using the POS system.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Support in-store wellness events and product demos.
