Job description

The Personal Trainer Sales Manager will be responsible for actively generating club personal training revenue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the Personal Training Department.
2. Conduct fitness consultations to encourage new potential clients.
3. Sell personal training contracts.
4. Report monthly sales and feedback to the manager.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Must be highly motivated.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong management and leadership skills.
4. Comprehensive understanding of sales operations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Experience in sales is required.
2. Experience in a health club or as a sales manager is preferred.
3. Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
4. CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
