Job Description: Personal Support Workers (PSWs) provide care to individuals dealing with aging, injury, surgery, or illness, supporting them in their daily activities.

This position involves:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing)
• Providing companionship
• Taking clients for outings or exercise
• Basic meal preparation
• Light housekeeping duties
• Providing respite care
• Reminding clients about medication
• Transporting clients to appointments or shopping
• Participating in the client's care program
• Performing delegated tasks within scope of practice

This role is based in clients' homes or care facilities.

Qualifications:

• Valid PSW certificate or relevant healthcare qualification
• Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required, as daily travel over 30 mins is expected)
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
• Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certifications
• Updated immunization records and recent TB test
• Clear criminal and Vulnerable Sector checks
• Strong communication skills in English; Cantonese preferred
