In-Home Assisted Living Inc. (IHAL) is seeking dedicated, caring, and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Caregivers to support our clients in the comfort of their homes. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centered care, we would love to hear from you.

Overview

Location: Toronto, ON (Cabbagetown) • Shift: 1pm-4pm and 5pm-8pm

Responsibilities

• Personal Support & Daily Care: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting; support mobility, walking, and safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)
• Home Support: Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment; prepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Health & Safety Assistance: Provide medication reminders and help monitor daily routines; complete daily care reports and communicate observations to the Case Manager or healthcare team
• Companionship & Emotional Support: Engage clients in meaningful conversation and provide reassurance; promote comfort, dignity, independence, and well-being

Qualifications

• PSW Certificate required
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PSW experience

• CPR/First Aid Certification required
• Ability to use a mobile phone for documentation and time tracking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
