Job summary

Right at Home Halton is seeking experienced Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our in-home care team serving Burlington, Oakville and surrounding areas. Immediate day, morning, afternoon and evening shifts available, with alternating weekends.

We offer complete schedule flexibility, consistent client teams, monthly scheduling so you know your shifts in advance, and an employer dedicated to your professional development and well-being including extended health and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate or equivalent.
• Valid First Aid and CPR.
• Vulnerable Sector Screening.
• Ability to work independently with team support.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers provide in-home support to clients in Burlington, Oakville, Carlisle and surrounding areas.
• Various shifts including days, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and alternating weekends.

Right at Home Halton is looking for experienced Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team of exceptional caregivers in Burlington, Oakville, Carlisle, and surrounding areas.

Immediate openings - Day shifts, mornings, afternoons, evenings.

• Must be willing and available to work on alternating weekends
• Must be comfortable with short and/or split shifts based on clients needs.
• Must have access to reliable transportation due to client locations.
• PSW incentive program for new PSWs.
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are considered strong assets
